If you commit to joining our chapter, you are entitled to attend the meeting at our member rate.


An Important Notice regarding Meeting Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, an e-mail will be sent to all who are registered for whom we have an e-mail address. If you are unable to check your e-mail, you can call 877-817-8400 and press option 3 for up-to-date information. If the meeting is cancelled, the announcement will clearly indicate that it is cancelled. The cancellation notification will be given as early as practicable. Except in unusual circumstances, we would know about the cancellation at least 3 to 5 hours before the meeting is scheduled to take place. If you need to cancel, please let us know by noon the day prior to the meeting. (There is a $30 charge - $23 for season ticket holders - if you do not cancel and do not attend.)
