FPA GHV "Member Appreciation" Barbeque on the Patio at Sam's of Gedney Way

We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting a "Member Appreciation" Barbeque on the Patio at Sam's of Gedney Way from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Tuesday, May 17. This will be a casual get-together for some good fun, great food in an open-air setting and we're excited to have the chance to finally reconnect in person with you - our valued members - and your colleagues after more than two years! 

We are hosting this special event to honor members who have hung in there with us during these trying times as well as members who have joined during the past 2+ years (we can't wait to finally meet you face-to-face!). And if you're not a member? Please join us! We'd enjoy meeting you, too!

FPA Chapter Members: N/C

Non-Members: $50 Advance/$60 at Door (cash or check only)

By registering with the FPA of the Greater Hudson Valley (FPA GHV) to attend this event, I agree to abide by all health and safety guidelines and recommendations that may be in place at the time by federal, state and local government agencies and officials, FPA GHV, and the event venue. This may include, but is not limited to, submitting to restrictions set in place during the event that may consist of daily temperature checks, wearing a mask at all times in indoor public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-19-related risk, such as congregating in large private gatherings or attending off-site events in crowded facilities. I further agree that I will not attend this event in person if I become ill, am exposed to the COVID-19 virus within 30 days prior to the event, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus prior to the event. At present, we are not requiring proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test, although this requirement may change depending on federal, state and local government agencies and officials, FPA GHV, and the event venue safety recommendations that may be in place at the time of the event.

Additionally, I understand that travel to and participation in events may increase the risk of exposure to communicable diseases. I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, AND DEMANDS OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE AGAINST the FPA OF THE GREATER HUDSON VALLEY AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTNERS AND SPONSORS, INCLUDING IN EACH CASE, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS (THE “RELEASED PARTIES”), EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE, FAULT OR CONDUCT OF ANY KIND ON THE PART OF THE RELEASED PARTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DEATH, BODILY INJURY, ILLNESS, ECONOMIC LOSS OR OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, OR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, WHICH I, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNEES, NEXT OF KIN AND/OR LEGALLY APPOINTED OR DESIGNATED REPRESENTATIVES, MAY HAVE OR WHICH MAY HEREINAFTER ACCRUE ON MY BEHALF, WHICH ARISE OR MAY HEREAFTER ARISE FROM MY ATTENDANCE AT THIS EVENT.
