FPA GHV's First-Ever "Members Only" Golf Outing & Member Appreciation Event!

Please join us for a round of golf on October 7th at the Hudson Hills Golf Course, a 7,000-yard, par-71 championship golf course in Ossining, NY. As a member appreciation event, we look forward to seeing you in person at long last!

This is also a chance for you to get to know your Chapter President, your Chapter Chairman who was recently elected to serve on FPA National's Board of Directors, and your Chapter Social Media/NexGen Director, and share your thoughts with them over the course of nine holes.

We will be scheduling several foursomes for nine holes, so please arrive no later than 3:00pm to select your tee time.

Member participation fee is $20 and space is limited, so please RSVP ASAP if you’d like to attend (registration deadline is Wednesday, September 29th). See important note regarding registration details below.

By registering with the FPA of the Greater Hudson Valley (FPA GHV) to attend the golf outing on October 7th at the Hudson Hills Golf Course in Ossining, NY, I agree to abide by all health and safety guidelines and recommendations promulgated by federal, state and local government agencies and officials, FPA GHV, and the event venue. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting to restrictions set in place during the event that may consist of daily temperature checks, wearing a mask at all times in indoor public areas, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-19-related risk, such as congregating in large private gatherings or attending off-site events in crowded facilities. I further agree that I will not attend this event on 10/7/21 in person if I become ill, am exposed to the COVID-19 virus within 30 days prior to the event, or exhibit any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus prior to the event.

 

Additionally, I understand that travel to and participation in events may increase the risk of exposure to communicable diseases.
