About The Event

Serious changes to New York’s Medicaid program went into effect on October 1, 2020, impacting the ability for seniors to obtain the home care services they need. Join elder law attorney Anthony J. Enea, Esq., for a presentation highlighting some of the most important changes – including the imposition of a look back period for Medicaid Home Care and modifications to the consumer-directed Medicaid program. Learn what steps can be taken to prepare.

Mr. Enea concentrates his practice on elder law and estate planning and has spent the past 35 years protecting the rights of seniors and the disabled. He is a member of Enea, Scanlan and Sirignano, LLP (www.esslawfirm.com) with offices in White Plains and Somers, NY.
